As a qualified nurse or carer, you will be offered shifts in various healthcare establishments, where you will work as part of a team to assist clients with their daily living activities. You will be working alongside other members of staff to ensure that the clients' needs are met - these include assistance with taking their medication, hygiene care, transfers using appropriate equipment, feeding, grooming, and promoting their dignity, safety and independence. You must adhere to the establishments' policies and day-to-day routines - reporting any concerns to the shift leader.
